Stayed there overnight enroute Chakrata. Room in which we stayed was spacious, bathroom clean and staff courteous.Hotel provides 24 hour food service. The only problem that we faced was getting early morning tea. Though we had planned to leave hotel at 6 am, we had to wait for around half an hour.

I went to Karnal on official visit and stayed at Hotel Fidalgo because it was near bus stand and the market area yet not on main road which is good as main road has traffic and noise. The hotel is decent. There is no elevator. The rooms are smaller than shown in pictures. The food is priced high. But it was official visit so probably one can stay if they want.

I stayed here in March - during a friend's wedding. The staff is hospitable and up for service. Tried food during the two day stay - it was above average. The waiting time for food is also not too long. Over all, I will stay here if I happen to visit Karnal again :)

They have a stylish name and an elegant hotel. The rooms are very beautiful and lovely furniture. Their staff, management, food and services all were amazing. Everyone was very humble and nice. Keep it up!

It was a good place to stay, just that the rooms are a little too small. There was not much space inside the room. If they remove the huge chairs and the table, there would be some space to move around. Otherwise, it is a decent place to stay in Karnal. The staff was friendly and helpful. If they take care of the space issue, it would be great! :)
